December 20, 2010 - April 30, 2011: $495 per night

- Five night minimum stay (14-day minimum stay Christmas to New Year's)
- All rates are subject to 12.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax (13.42% beginning 7/1/10)
- All reservations are subject to a $30 booking fee and $104 Elua Home Owner's Association fee
- A three-night deposit is required within 14 days of booking
- Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year's bookings)
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Accomodation is made for late check-out, schedule permitting
- Cancellation Policy: A fee of $200 will be assessed for cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Years). For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Years) or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full.

- A half-day charge is required to guarantee late check-out
