*Booking fee is assessed by the Elua Village Homeowner's Association and
also pays for all management services we provide to you at no
additional charge (housekeeping, concierge service, personal greeting,
and free high-speed wireless internet).

- Five night minimum stay (14-day minimum stay Christmas to New Year's)
- All rates are subject to 13.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax (13.42% beginning 7/1/10)
- All reservations are subject to a $30 booking fee and $104 Elua Home Owner's Association fee
- A three-night deposit is required within 14 days of booking
- Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year's bookings)
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Accomodation is made for late check-out, schedule permitting
- Cancellation Policy: A fee of $200 will be assessed for cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Years). For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Years) or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full.

- A half-day charge is required to guarantee late check-out
