Dear Klinkenberg Family,
Thank you for the wonderful condo, the view and sunsets were the best. We did a lot of snorkeling and scuba diving off of Ulua beach and found that it rivals any beach diving in the world. Our favorite things we did were: Scuba diving Molokini Crater, snorkeling at the aquarium, swimming in all the different pools along the road to Hana, and just lounging around your beautiful condo.
The kids say that this has been our best vacation ever. Thank you for letting us share your wonderful home on Maui.

Thank you for opening up your fabulous Wailea home. This is our first experience with renting a condo and your unit has set the standard. We have come to Maui many times and have usually stayed at resorts. We must say that this trip was very low stress as far as crowds, valets, bellmen, etc... It was great. Thank you again for allowing us to stay. We had a great time!

This is a perfect location - close to nearly everything especially the ocean. Listening to the susseration of the waves in day or night is calming and conducive to sleep. The whales have pretty much left now. Star gazing has been superior with very few clouds. We will highly recommend 1402 to our friends and we look forward to our return as well. Mahalo!

Dear Ted,
I just wanted to thank you and Katy again for letting us rent your beautiful Elua condo. We had an absolutely wonderful time there and enjoyed it very much. You have a perfect setting in a great location. We drank Coronas on the lanai and felt like we were in the Corona commercial. What a pleasure to stay here - so much better than any hotel. We loved walking on the beach and going to sleep and waking to the sounds of the ocean.

We did have a wonderful time indeed. As I indicated before, we know the Wailea area quite well and therefore did not spend much time touring or eating out for that matter - why would you anyways, being at such a nice location as your condo. We were trying real hard to come up with improvement ideas for the unit, but it is difficult. One small thing: we've never found such good and sharp kitchen knives in any vacation accomodation before - that and the quality of the kitchen and appliances in general make it more fun to dine "in" vs. "out".
Please keep us on the list for any news re your condo you would like to convey or any special occasions you would like to advertise. I am sure that not too long from now we will have to fight the urge wanting to go back.

Hi, Klinkenbergs,
What a week! your place is terrific. Perfect location. We walked/jogged the entire beach trail (about 3 miles we're told)
every day. Golf at Wailea Gold and both Makena courses was great. We even got a major rain storm overnight... perfect for
sleeping.
There is snorkeling guide (free) down on the beach walk. He was great. We were out 500 yards from shore and swam with the
sea turtles... never could have done that on our own.
We hope to be back again soon.

Hello Ted and Katy,
We just returned from Hawaii yesterday after nearly two weeks. I wanted to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay in your Maui home and we will definitely return to Elua and unit 1402. We spent an additional 3 days in an Elua 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with some friends; while it was very nice your home was our favorite. The floors and kitchen remodel you've completed look great.
We left an entry in your guestbook, but did so before trying out Sorrentos. Thanks for the tip on this place; we had one of our best meals and certainly our best sunset that evening.
